The rainy period usually starts in mid-July. But Jeju Island ended earlier than Seoul.

So if you go to two places, go to Seoul first and then go to Jeju Island.

There are two other places that are very humid, so you need to bring an umbrella. It will definitely be very hot in Jeju Island at the end of July.
