Fifthly, foreign migrant workers in Kazakhstan must meet the following conditions:
1, with a residence permit for foreigners in this city;
2. Holding a foreigner's employment certificate or a foreign expert certificate;
3, has signed a labor (employment) contract with the employer for the record;

Application process
