What does the parapet epithelium mean?

1. There is a term in the building called parapet, which is the enclosure wall around the roof platform, which plays the role of a safety fence to prevent people from falling off the roof. If it refers to this parapet, "upturning" should be a practice, which should be the same civil engineering term as overhanging eaves.
