Planar view judgment method (1) Judge cold and warm fronts according to their symbols. Cold fronts are represented by lines plus triangles, and warm fronts are represented by lines plus semicircles. (2) Determine based on the moving direction of warm and cold air masses. The moving arrow of the cold air mass points to the front, while the warm air mass moves away from the front. This is a cold front, and vice versa is a warm front. (3) According to the location of the rain area, the rain area behind the front is a cold front, and the rain area in front of the front is a warm front.
