Fu Guo is a native of Meizhou Village, Xiaoxi Township, Shaoyang County, Hunan Province. In the fifth year of the Yuan Dynasty (BC 124), Liu Yi, the son of King Ding of Changsha and grandson of Emperor Jing of Han Dynasty, came here with her husband and passed it on for seven generations. After the country was abolished, the government became Fuyi County, which was the county government of Fuyi County. Meizhou is a beautiful village surrounded by mountains and water on three sides. The Zijiang River is rolling, first from south to east, and then from north to bottom, forming a natural moat. Meizhou, together with the surrounding mountains, is surrounded by a C-shaped vortex on the river. The terrain here is open and the scenery is charming.
