What’s the weather like for holidays?
High temperatures of 40 degrees require a holiday. According to the "Measures for the Management of Heatstroke Prevention and Cooling Measures": when the daily maximum temperature reaches above 40 degrees, outdoor open-air work should be stopped for that day. When the daily maximum temperature reaches above 37 degrees and below 40 degrees, the employer shall arrange for workers to work in the open air for the entire day. It shall not exceed 6 hours, and the continuous operation time shall not exceed national regulations, and outdoor open-air operations shall not be arranged within 3 hours of the highest temperature period. When the daily maximum temperature reaches above 35 degrees and below 37 degrees, the employer shall adopt methods such as shift changes and rest breaks to shorten the work hours. Workers must work continuously, and workers working outdoors in the open air must not be arranged to work overtime.
