What's the temperature in Dalian and Lushun now? What clothes should I wear to travel?

I'm from Dalian, Dalian. There is a lot of rain this year. The whole summer is basically six days a week. Cloudy and rainy, the temperature is 20-25.

People on the street are basically long jeans, short sleeves and T-shirts. There are few girls wearing skirts, and some wear high socks and shorts. After all, it is summer, but it is not hot or stuffy at all. Even on sunny days, it is cooler in summer than in other places, and colder at night. Sometimes it's like wearing long sleeves.
