Twenty-fourth motor vehicle driver's license applicants meet the requirements of the provisions of the driver's license, and under any of the following circumstances, you can directly apply to participate in the corresponding motor vehicle driver's license examination in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 14 and Article 19:

(a) the original motor vehicle driver's license has been cancelled because it has not been renewed beyond the validity period;

(two) the original motor vehicle driver's license was cancelled because of the failure to submit proof of physical condition;

(three) the original motor vehicle driver's license was cancelled by myself;

(four) the original motor vehicle driver's license was cancelled due to physical condition temporarily does not meet the requirements;

(five) the original motor vehicle driver's license is cancelled for other reasons, except that the motor vehicle driver's license is revoked or revoked;

(six) the motor vehicle driving license of the army and the armed police force exceeds the validity period;

(seven) holding an overseas motor vehicle driver's license beyond the validity period.

Under any of the circumstances specified in Item 6 and Item 7 of the preceding paragraph, a motor vehicle driver's license exceeding the validity period shall also be submitted.
