How to raise cuttlefish

Cuttlefish, also known as angelfish, is generally kept at a temperature of 24 ~ 28℃. In this temperature range, angelfish has a strong appetite and grows rapidly, and is always in a relatively stable state without being affected by external temperature changes.

The bait of angelfish includes fish worms, water worms, earthworms, Tenebrio molitor, small live fish and pellet feed. There are many kinds of angelfish, and their sizes vary greatly, so the bait choices of different kinds of angelfish are different.

For angelfish with a body length of 3 ~ 12 cm, the bait is mainly soft-shelled turtle, supplemented by water earthworm, red worm and Tenebrio molitor. For angelfish with a body length of more than 12 cm, turtles are small and have poor palatability, so we should choose slightly larger bait, mainly red worms, water worms, Tenebrio molitor, small live fish and so on.

Extended data:

The feeding amount of angelfish depends on the size and quantity of fish. Generally speaking, angelfish are only fed 1 ~ 2 times a day in the family, and the feeding amount should be eaten within 5 ~ 10 minutes.

When raising angelfish in large quantities, feed them 2 ~ 3 times a day; During the breeding period, fish are generally fed 3 to 4 times a day. Because angelfish are small in size and have limited food intake, it is appropriate to feed them 70-80% full every time. Increasing feeding times can promote the rapid growth of fish.

For most angelfish, turtles are the main bait. When the bait is mainly five worms, the feeding amount should be controlled at 10 ~ 30 minutes. When the bait is mainly earthworms, the feeding amount should be controlled within 5 ~ 10 minutes, 2 ~ 3 times a day, and the fed earthworms should be washed clean.
