What is the air quality index of the weather?

Air quality grade

Weather refers to the specific state of the near-surface atmosphere in a short time. Weather phenomenon refers to various natural phenomena in the atmosphere, that is, the comprehensive expression of the spatial distribution of various meteorological elements in the atmosphere in an instant.

The aql of the weather indicates the air quality grade. Classification standard of pollution index:

1, (air pollution index) 0~50

It is the national first-class standard of daily average air quality, with excellent air quality, which meets the air quality requirements of nature reserves, scenic spots and other areas that need special protection.

2 、( API)5 1~ 100

It is the national second-class standard of daily average air quality, and the air quality is good, which meets the air quality requirements of residential areas, commercial areas, cultural areas, general industrial areas and rural areas.

3 、( API) 10 1~200

It is a Class III standard, and the air quality is slightly polluted. If you are exposed to this level of air for a long time, the symptoms of susceptible people will be slightly aggravated, and healthy people will have irritating symptoms. Meet the air quality requirements of specific industrial areas.

4 、( API)20 1~300

It is a four-level standard and the air quality is moderately polluted. After exposure to the same level of air for a certain period of time, the symptoms of patients with heart disease and lung disease are obviously aggravated, the exercise tolerance is reduced, and the healthy people generally have symptoms.

5.(API) is greater than 300

It is a five-level standard and the air quality is heavily polluted. The exercise tolerance of healthy people decreases, with obvious symptoms and some diseases. This classification standard is the implementation standard of urban air quality forecast, and it is also the main basis for urban environmental function zoning and air quality evaluation.

Measures to improve air quality

1, activated carbon

Besides formaldehyde, activated carbon has the advantages of low cost and no toxic side effects. However, activated carbon is only passively adsorbed on the surface, and the adsorption effect is relatively short. Once the adsorption capacity reaches saturation, the adsorbed pollutants will be released to cause secondary pollution, and it will take a long time to replace the carbon bag.

2. Green plants

Green plants such as green radish, tiger orchid, ivy, aloe and green radish can absorb and decompose a small amount of formaldehyde. Although this method is safe, its adsorption capacity is limited, and the absorption value of plants is the lowest, that is, when the concentration of pollutants drops to a certain value, plants will not absorb it again.

3, photocatalyst and other chemical methods

These methods will have uncertain chemical residues, and the release of formaldehyde is a long-term process. Chemical in addition to formaldehyde can only be treated intermittently, and its safety and economy are poor.

4. Open the window for ventilation

This method is economical and efficient, and is currently recognized as the best method in in addition to formaldehyde. However, the air quality in the current environment is not very good, and it is not suitable for long-term window ventilation in rain, snow and winter, so it has its limitations.
