How to remove the water channel door cover of Chery Fengyun 2 engine block

1. First turn off the ignition switch, remove the battery grounding wire, drain the coolant, remove the coolant hose from the connecting pipe of the cylinder head, remove the upper part of the intake pipe, and block the intake pipe on the cylinder head with a clean rag.

2. Secondly, remove the spark plug, loosen the high-voltage ignition wire clamp and the fuel injection valve guard plate, and unplug the Hall sensor, the coolant temperature sensor, the air conditioning thermal control switch and the fuel injection valve plug.

3. Finally, loosen the clamp of the fuel distributor and pull off the vacuum hose on the fuel pressure regulator. Attention: There is pressure in the fuel pipeline. Loosen the hose connector and put the rag at the hose connector. Slowly pull out the hose to release the pressure and remove the connector.
