Can you do self-leveling after a solid foundation is completed?

Ground solids should be interfacial agents. After finishing the interface agent, I am making cement self-leveling. Interfacial agent mainly plays the role of sealing pores and increasing the adhesion between cement self-leveling and foundation ground.

Because the original foundation ground is uneven, self-leveling will be used to make two layers to level the ground.

Do self-leveling twice. It should be pointed out that:

(1) After self-leveling for the first time, it cannot be done immediately for the second time;

(2) After the first self-leveling drying, re-coat the interface agent to make the second self-leveling.
