The weather in Harbin.

I have answered the landlord's second question (what a coincidence). I feel that I want to go to Harbin to go to college. It's very cold today, it's over 30 degrees below zero, and the highest temperature in the coldest January is over 20 degrees below zero (it hasn't been so cold for several years). The landlord certainly doesn't have this concept. For example, when I take a shower at school, my hair gets wet. Of course, I have to wear a hat, but the uncovered part of my hair freezes hard in a few minutes. But it doesn't matter, there is heating in the room, which is basically about 20 degrees above zero. I think southerners are generally more frost-resistant than northeastern people, really. We have been used to staying in a heated room since childhood, and there is really no one who can resist freezing. I have a classmate in Wuhan who doesn't want to go home after the winter vacation. He said it was colder without heating at home.

Generally, they wear down jackets with thick sweaters or thin sweaters inside. Some elderly people wear thick sweaters and tight-legged cotton trousers (many people just wear cashmere trousers), but they usually wear warm cotton shoes or boots, hats or ear pockets and scarves. Take off your down jacket as soon as you enter the room. Just wear thick pajamas. As long as you don't go to the world of ice and snow, you don't need to wear too much for normal life.

In summer, it reached 40 degrees last summer, and generally it exceeded 30 degrees for only half a month. Summer is from June to mid-August. It's usually 27 degrees, which doesn't mean it's particularly cold and hot. But unlike the sultry weather in the south all day, there is a temperature difference of 6.7 degrees even in summer, so it is cool at night. I don't think air conditioning is necessary at all in Harbin, but there are still many people installing it.
