What should I pay attention to in inkjet drawing?

Ink-jet drawing needs to pay attention to the following aspects

First, the manuscript part:

Because ink-jet printing does not need bleeding, you can make files according to the actual cost, and the resolution is 72DPI or 84DPI of the original large size.

Second, the text (digital) part

After the manuscript is confirmed, the text should be converted into curves or outlines to avoid garbled characters when the font cannot be found in the output. After the volume becomes a curve, enlarge it by more than 5 times. If there is a white node at the stroke intersection of the text, it means that the font is a system word or a font that cannot be used for inkjet printing and printing, and other fonts need to be used.

Third, the color part:

1. You can't ask for painting color by screen or printing color.

2. When the same drawing file is drawn at different times, there will be some differences in color, and it is normal that the color difference is within 10%.

3. The color of shading or base map should not be less than 10%, so as not to render the finished product when spraying.

4. Images and photos should be made in CMYK mode, saved in JPEG or TIFF file format, and not input in PSD file format.

Fourth, the drawing part

1. The border thickness of all graphics such as input or self-drawn line color blocks shall not be less than 0.2mm, otherwise the finished product will be broken or unable to be presented.

2. Wireframe If "Zoom with image" is set, please check the manuscript carefully after completion, otherwise I am afraid that irregular wireframes will be formed when printing.

3. When an object with a gradient is placed in a drawing frame for precise clipping, please convert it into a bitmap, because if the placed drawing frame is grouped with other objects and rotated, the gradient direction will not rotate together.
