Are typhoons common in the south?

Typhoons are really common in the south, but where to land depends on which cities. Just like in Guizhou, Chongqing, Yunnan and Sichuan, it is almost unaffected by typhoons. However, areas like Guangdong and Zhejiang are often affected by typhoons. Many times, no less than ten times a year. And it is a very violent typhoon. Although affected by the typhoon, the economic development of Zhejiang and Guangdong is relatively good. Even if there is no typhoon, I won't go there to develop, because the pace of life there is too fast, and I don't like that kind of life. Moreover, there is a saying that "it is better to be the head of a chicken than the tail of a phoenix". Then after today, you will find that this sentence is actually very reasonable.

I remember/kloc-the summer vacation after the college entrance examination in 0/6, I went to Zhejiang. Because my family is in Zhejiang, I will follow them. We didn't stay there for half a month when a particularly terrible typhoon happened. Because typhoons often occur in such cities, corresponding measures will be taken. On the night when the typhoon was coming, people from the neighborhood Committee went door to door and told us to go to that safe place quickly. We all got there.

Life is so short that I don't want to stay in a city where my life is often threatened. Besides, I'm not from Zhejiang, and I almost never thought about going there for development in the future.
