It is estimated that during the typhoon, the maximum wind force on land can reach 7 to 9. According to the forecast of Nanjing Meteorological Observatory, with the weakening of the cold vortex, the subtropical high slowly moves northward, and there are scattered thunderstorms in Nanjing.
The typhoon pushed northward, and the water vapor transport was enhanced. Due to the influence of typhoon Du Surui, Nanjing will have a systematic precipitation, and the rainfall in Nanjing at night can reach moderate to heavy rain and local heavy rain.
Conditions for typhoon formation:
1. There should be a vast atmosphere with high temperature and humidity. The temperature and humidity of the bottom atmosphere on the tropical ocean surface are mainly determined by the sea surface water temperature, and typhoons can only be formed on the warm ocean surface with the sea temperature higher than 26℃-27℃.
2. Have a primitive vortex. In this way, in the early stage of typhoon formation, it will not disappear because the surrounding airflow directly flows into the vortex center, so that it will quickly fill up and disappear. In addition, the difference of wind speed between high and low air directions is small in the typhoon-generating area, which is the main reason why it is difficult to generate typhoons above 2 latitude.
3. The wind speed in the vertical direction should not be too different, and the relative movement of the upper and lower layers of air is very small, so that the latent heat released by the condensation of water vapor in the initial disturbance can be concentrated in the air column in the eye area of the typhoon, forming and strengthening the typhoon warm center structure.
