How to remove the rear wheel of forklift truck

Disassembly method of forklift rear wheel is as follows:

1. First turn the hydraulic forklift over, find a bracket to fix the wheel, take out pliers, hammer and other tools, and take out the cotter pin of the wheel. After removing the cotter pin shaft, remove the damaged wheel.

2. Take out the new wheel, install the prepared bearing, insert the pin shaft after installing the wheel and install the cotter pin.

3. When replacing the forklift wheels, the wheels made of suitable materials can be selected according to the actual use. For example, nylon drum wheel is suitable for cement floor with small steering force and light tension, while polyurethane wheel is suitable for paint and epoxy floor with no indentation and low running sound.
