Smart phones and mobile Internet have brought great changes to college students' learning style, and affecting classroom learning is one of the important aspects. Taking a university in Qingdao as an investigation case, this paper conducted a comprehensive and detailed questionnaire survey and random interview on the phenomenon of college students using mobile phones in class, and found that using mobile phones in class did harm to students' physical and mental health and development, reduced students' learning efficiency and reduced their participation in campus activities and social activities. The reasons for these problems are students, teachers, schools and society. To change this state, students should actively improve their self-control, not be easily tempted by mobile phones, change the state of passive learning, and clarify the importance of learning; Teachers should improve the interest and interaction of the classroom and strengthen the supervision and management of the classroom; Schools should optimize the curriculum, strengthen the guidance to students, and formulate management rules and regulations for students to use mobile phones.
