Junshan, as its name implies, is the "Mountain of Kings". According to legend, in the thousands of square kilometers of sea around Pingtan in the old days, only this mountain dominated, and the purple gas of Asahi came from the east, showing the king's demeanor, hence the name "Junshan".

Junshan Mountain is located in the middle of the northern part of Haitan Island, with a northeast-southwest trend, which is the same as Haitan Island. There are three mountains in the east and west, five peaks in the north and five peaks in the south, surrounded by seven ridges.
