Geographical Environment of Dabusu National Nature Reserve
Dabusu National Nature Reserve is located in the northern Songliao Basin in the south of Songnen Plain, in the Holocene uplift area of Changling-Gan 'an, and the lake basin is located in the terrace plain at an altitude of about 150m. Songliao Basin in the south, Fulongquan-Wang Fu Plateau in the east, and flood plains of Huolin River and Nenjiang River in the west and north. Dabusu National Nature Reserve is replenished by natural precipitation on the lake surface and slope runoff, with a catchment area of nearly 230km? , the rainy season water area of 37.5km? . There are 10 seasonal gullies in the west of the lake, and four gullies in the east rely on groundwater for recharge, which is a perennial river with water. The lake is a closed-flow lake, and its water cannot make ends meet. The lake is constantly salinized, with a salinity as high as 670g/L, and the hydrochemical type is sodium carbonate subtype. The vegetation types around the wetland can be mainly divided into meadow, swamp, saline-alkali land, cultivated land and so on. Due to the long-term unreasonable development and utilization of human beings, especially the increasing agricultural development activities, the original zonal grassland around Dabusu Lake, namely Leymus chinensis grassland, has been greatly destroyed. At present, most of them have been converted into miscellaneous grassland and meadow grassland, and the main grazing areas are meadow grassland and swamp meadow. In the lake basin, the main plant communities are meadow swamp, reed wetland, saline-alkali land and a small number of shore xerophyte communities.
