He Junyi, instructor of the Public Security Detachment of the Baoshan District Public Security Bureau, said that in the short 400 meters from the entrance of the woods to the scene of the crime, the casino owner set up four checkpoints at once. “They configured it themselves. radio, as soon as they see strange vehicles or pedestrians, they will immediately notify each other." The forest area where the crime occurred covers an area of ​​nearly 60,000 square meters. The woods are dense and visibility is low at night. One side is a river, and the other three sides are surrounded by cemeteries and outer ring roads.

After arriving at the case, the suspect confessed that due to the severe crackdown by the police, he did not dare to open an indoor casino again, feeling that it would be too risky. So I fell in love with the "feng shui treasure land" of Fengxiang Road Green Forest Belt. Due to the dense woods and crisscrossing water network around the casino, it is easy to hide and escape, so it is relatively safe. Therefore, it soon attracted a group of people involved in gambling to come and gamble.

According to the police handling the case, these gamblers were all fellow villagers who came to Shanghai to work and came to gamble after being introduced to each other. Currently, 4 people including Xu are under criminal detention, and 14 people including Duan are under administrative detention and fined. The case is under further review.
