Geographical environment problems in Tianjin
In terms of surface water pollution, Tianjin is seriously polluted by upstream input water. In particular, the water source from Luanhe River to Tianjin is seriously polluted. For example, the sewage from Chengde City will be directly discharged into Wulie River, a tributary of Luanhe River basin, polluting the water quality of Luanhe River. At present, Chengde City is building a sewage treatment project to ensure that the sewage discharged by Chengde City meets the standards.
The air pollution problem in Tianjin is also serious, but according to research, it has been at a stable level in the past 10 years. Among them, the most important pollution load is PM 10, followed by sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide pollution, which has a strong seasonal law and is more prominent in winter due to winter heating. The pollution of PM2.5 in PM 10 is also serious, with an average mass concentration of 223 mg/m3, in which acidic anions such as organic matter and sulfate and elemental carbon are the three components with high content. The pollution mainly comes from motor vehicle exhaust and coal burning, and there are fewer sea salt particles. Especially during the period of central heating in winter, the atmospheric stability increases, the regional atmospheric diffusion capacity decreases, and the probability of air pollution in Tianjin increases, which is prone to haze weather.
