How can I get a refund if I booked a ticket on the high-speed rail housekeeper because of the weather?

1. You need to use the third-party software "high-speed rail housekeeper" to return and change the high-speed rail train ticket.

2. Open the high-speed rail butler on the mobile phone, enter the butler default interface, and click the personal center below.

3. In the personal center interface, if you see the user name with the word offline, it means that you are not currently logged in to 12306, and you need to log in before you can continue to cancel and change the visa. If you are not logged in, you can directly choose the ticket purchase option and check the ticket status offline, provided that you have booked the ticket with the high-speed rail housekeeper. 4. Display all orders in My Orders interface, including paid and unpaid orders. Select the order to be returned and enter the order details interface.
