The second reason is physical strength. In the palace, maids and eunuchs are used to serve their masters. But different levels of maids and eunuchs do different jobs. High-ranking slaves can do some light work and wait on their masters. People with low grades have to do some heavy work. There are many dirty and tiring jobs in the palace that women can't do. After all, in some natural physiology, women still can't catch up with men.

Although the eunuch was castrated, he just lost his physical ability and all the characteristics of a man. Physiologically speaking, eunuchs still have great advantages over maids. If there were no eunuchs in the palace, the work efficiency would be much lower.

The last reason is Yang's problem. If there are no eunuchs in the palace, there are only emperors in the palace, which will lead to excessive yin in the harem. Simply put, it is the imbalance between yin and yang. In feng shui, there will be many problems. The ancients were superstitious and believed in five lines of gossip's theory, so they set some men in the palace to ensure the balance of Yin and Yang in the palace.

And if there is no eunuch, the prince has never seen a man since he was a child, and will only play with the ladies-in-waiting, which will become very feminine and is not conducive to their education.
