First, the time limit. September 10, 2065438 to September 30, Monday to Friday from 7: 00 to 20: 00 every day; Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays are not allowed.

Second, limit the scope. All roads within the administrative area of this county, including urban roads and expressways, except expressways.

Third, limit the content. Non-operating small (light, small) cars (including temporary license plates and foreign license plates) are restricted to two numbers every day according to the tail number of the license plate.
