Where is Tian Huan Square?
Tian Huan Square is located in luxury and looks like a "double carp" building. The top of the building is covered with silver mesh steel structure material, which looks like fish scales. The fish-shaped building, with glass curtain wall, is a huge "open shopping park" and wants to become a new landmark of high-end shopping centers in South China.
Palo Alto Center (Tian Huan Plaza) is located in the core of Guangzhou's new central business district, which introduces a new type to this rapidly developing Pearl River Delta city. A "retail store stadium" skillfully integrates underground and above-ground retail areas in the same multi-level park green space. The area is arranged along the main streets of the city, adding an exciting stroke to the urban landscape of Guangzhou, and integrating retail, bus hub and urban space design strategies.
Parc Center used to be a square, and its landscape can make social and spatial contributions to the city, including the economy. Arranged along the "green belt" of the city, its landscape has become the focus of the concept of urban green, and a new "central park" has been created along Tianhe Road running through the city.
The final design result is a unique retail area of 1 10000㎡, which is designed around the open park green space environment. Landscape has become the center of the region, and different levels and forms of green belts have come to socialize, rest and relax; It has also become a "breathing space" in the city center. In order to realize these ideas, most areas are placed underground and the ground environment is preserved.
Gardens, green walkways and ecological walls create undulating green spaces, which not only integrate the area itself, but also integrate the surrounding street spaces. Finally, the design brings a pleasant rebalancing environment to Tianhe District.
Parc Center is a low-rise building with a height of 24 meters, three floors underground and two floors above ground. Because it is lower than the surrounding buildings, the design needs strong visual effects to attract people's attention; Architecture will bring more rhythm to the central axis of the city.
The building adopts the image of "Pisces" symbolizing peace, harmony and prosperity in China culture, and adopts a steel hard shell roof structure. The two buildings surround the central garden and are connected by an overpass at one end. The shell-shaped roof is supported by tree-shaped columns, and a series of gardens are distributed below it, extending the landscape upward into the building.
Adhering to the sustainable design concept, Parc Center also adopts rainwater collection system, low-emissivity glass facade and EFTE roof, which further enhances the environmental protection performance.
Benoy's interior design team also introduced unique architectural forms, flowing ceilings and continuous wooden structures on the edge of space. The huge atrium emphasizes the path and introduces light into the circular corridor. Neutral white and restored stone create a natural background for shopping malls, so that shops and products can achieve the best display effect.
As a real TOD, the 1 1 10,000m2 project has also established a new bus stop in Guangzhou. Due to the seamless connection between the ground and the underground, people can reach Parc Center by subway and bus system, and the pedestrian bridge in the air connects the center with the surrounding area. The design meets the requirements of making it a 40-degree center, and has convenient transportation on the ground, on the surface or underground.
