Agricultural resources: Zhoutian Town has great potential for agricultural industry development, and the climate and soil are suitable for planting crops such as flue-cured tobacco, navel orange, watermelon, melon and greenhouse vegetables. The cultivated land in the territory is flat and fertile. Zhoutian mainly produces rice, followed by sugarcane and flue-cured tobacco. The main crops are sweet potatoes, soybeans, peanuts, grapes, pears, dates, persimmons and medicinal materials. Fruits are exported to Guangdong, Fujian and other neighboring provinces and cities. Native products include mushrooms and peanuts. The cultivated land in the territory is flat and fertile. After the completion of the land consolidation project of the Ministry of Land and Resources at the end of the year, there are still nearly 10,000 mu of flat cultivated land in urgent need of agricultural industrialization.

Mineral resources: Zhoutian Town is a big town with mineral resources, including rock salt, tin, copper, bismuth, manganese, iron and fluorite. Especially rock salt and tin gold, the rock salt reserves are about 265.438 billion tons. Jiangxi 92 Salt Mine is located here, with an annual output of 25,000 tons of salt. Tin metal reserves are 265,438+100000 tons, of which Taoxiba reserves178,600 tons, with moderate grade and great mining value. The 92 industrial base, the key construction project of the 11th Five-Year Development Plan in Huichang County, is located in our town. Especially rock salt is the most important. Jiangxi 92 salt mine is located in Zhoutianxu, which opens up a broad prospect for Zhoutian economic development.
