What do people usually call it in America?

In the United States, all men above 12 enjoy the title of "Mr.", but most Americans don't like to use Mr., Mrs., Miss, Ms., etc., and think it is too serious. They like to be called by their first names and think it is a sign of friendliness. Americans seldom use formal titles to address others.
