Vaginal bleeding during defecation
1. The term bleeding during ovulation is often heard. Western medicine is called ovulation bleeding. Chinese medicine calls it "menstrual bleeding". This is due to the short-term decline of estrogen level, which makes the endometrium lose the support of hormones and partially fall off, leading to regular vaginal bleeding. This kind of bleeding is not much. Some people only have a small amount of brown secretion, which usually lasts for half a day or 2-3 days, and will not exceed 7 days at most, and may be accompanied by slight ovulation pain and backache. If people who are measuring basal body temperature can find out, this kind of bleeding usually occurs in the process of hypothermia to hyperthermia. If the symptoms are mild, no treatment is needed, but if the symptoms are obvious, it may affect fertility and should be treated.
2. Functional uterine bleeding is referred to as dysfunctional uterine bleeding. This disease is very common in clinic, which is mainly caused by neuroendocrine dysfunction in regulating reproduction. Its manifestations are usually irregular menstrual cycle, excessive menstrual flow, prolonged menstrual period or irregular bleeding. The principle of treatment is to stop bleeding quickly. After stopping bleeding, adjust and establish a normal menstrual cycle to prevent recurrence. Due to long-term bleeding, some people are accompanied by anemia in different degrees, so it is also important to correct anemia.
3. Menstruation is delayed for 7- 10 before bleeding. Don't think that your period must be late. You should pay attention to whether the amount, color and duration of bleeding are the same as normal menstruation. If menstrual bleeding is frequent and endless, accompanied by abdominal pain, we should pay attention to whether there is the possibility of ectopic pregnancy or threatened abortion; If the bleeding is more than usual and lasts longer, dysmenorrhea is obvious, which is more common in hysteromyoma or endometriosis. It is necessary to see a doctor in time.
4. The phenomenon of vaginal bleeding after sexual intercourse is called contact bleeding, which is mostly related to gynecological diseases such as vaginitis, cervical erosion, cervical polyp, early cervical cancer and submucosal myoma. It is the only choice to see a doctor in gynecology as soon as possible.
Some women will have vaginal bleeding after unprotected sex because they take emergency contraception. The influence of emergency contraception on menstruation is mainly manifested in the change of menstrual cycle, which may be advanced or delayed, especially repeated use will lead to menstrual disorder, bleeding and endless dripping. Therefore, it can only be used as a remedial measure and cannot replace the normal contraceptive method. It should also be reminded that some women abuse some hormone-containing "health products", "breast enhancement drugs, cream" and so on, which will also have an impact on menstruation.
6. Vaginal bleeding will stop about 3-7 days after general abortion or spontaneous abortion, and very few people will be prolonged due to physical weakness and fatigue, but this requires a doctor's judgment. If there are no special circumstances, the time of vaginal bleeding will be prolonged. After excluding intraoperative injury and cervical inflammation, it is likely that there is residue in the uterus. At that time, the doctor will decide whether to use medicine or clear the uterus. Otherwise, after a period of time, the residual fetal membrane tissue may become choriocarcinoma.
7. Women who have suffered from hydatidiform mole will have endless vaginal bleeding again within two years after formal treatment, which may be an early symptom of malignant hydatidiform mole and should be treated immediately.
8. Postmenopausal women, especially after the age of 60, have two possibilities of vaginal bleeding. For some women who still have sex, because of the endocrine changes after menopause, the vagina is dry, and if some lubricants are not used, it is easy to cause mechanical damage and bleeding of the vagina. Unexplained vaginal bleeding after amenorrhea is not a good thing, because with the increase of age, the probability of cervical cancer and uterine cancer will also increase.
Non-menstrual bleeding is mostly pathological bleeding, and because many people can't tell whether bleeding is physiological or pathological, it is best to consult a doctor in the hospital for safety reasons, so as not to delay the opportunity of early diagnosis and treatment.
