Harmony series electric locomotives are single-machine electric locomotives with a power of 9600kW.
In August 2007, the Ministry of Railways signed a contract with Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive and Siemens Company to purchase 500 HXD 1B electric locomotives, with a total contract value of over 334 million euros. The first locomotive was rolled off the production line in Zhuzhou Factory on June 65438+1October 65438+June 2009. The first batch of five HXD 1B electric locomotives were delivered to Jiang 'an Locomotive Depot of Wuhan Railway Bureau at the end of June. 20 12 was put into the traction task of 6000-ton heavy-haul freight train from Wuhan North to Zhengzhou North. HXD2B electric locomotive is a six-axle trunk freight electric locomotive driven by high-power alternating current. It mainly serves the western, northwest and northern regions of China, and is one of the first three six-axle "Harmony" electric locomotive models (the other two models are HXD 1 B and HXD3B) with maximum power1600 kW AC traction motor in China Railway. This type of car was jointly developed by CNR Datong Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. and Alstom Company of France. Its design is based on Alstom PRIMA6000 locomotive. The model code is HXD2B (the number is manufacturer code: 2 stands for Datong electric locomotive), and it is generally called "Harmony" 2B electric locomotive (vehicle number is HXD2B-0xxx). HXD2B locomotive adopts middle corridor, integral independent ventilation system and distributed microcomputer control system to realize logic control and self-diagnosis. IGBT power module converter, asynchronous traction motor and traction motor adopt rolling shaft suspension device, and the traction control device adopts independent shaft control mode. Uniaxial power 1.600 kW, total power 9,600 kW. It can haul 6,500 tons of freight trains, with a maximum running speed of 65,438+. Axis company
Since 2006, CNR Datong Electric Locomotive and Alstom Company have started the negotiation and bidding for the HXD2B locomotive project. On March 12, 2007, the Ministry of Railways signed a purchase agreement with Datong Electric Locomotive and Alstom Company to order 500 electric locomotives, with a total contract value of11300 million yuan (about11000 million euros), including four interrelated contracts. It is the second cooperation between Datong Electric Locomotive and Alstom Company after jointly designing, importing technology and manufacturing 180 high-power AC drive eight-axle HXD2 electric locomotive in 2005. The first locomotive was manufactured in Belfo factory in 2009.
See the entry of HXD2B electric locomotive for details. HXD3B electric locomotive is a high-power six-axle trunk freight electric locomotive with AC drive, which mainly serves East China, Northeast China, Southeast China and North China. It is one of the first three six-axle electric locomotive models in China (the other two models are HXD 1B and HXD2B), and it is one of the main locomotives in the series of "Harmony" high-power AC electric locomotives. HXD3B locomotive is jointly developed by CNR Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. and Bombardier Company of Canada. Its design is based on bombardier's IORE Kiruna locomotive, and Dalian locomotive is the main design and production. Bombardier provides technical support and equipment supply. The model code is HXD3B (the number is manufacturer code: 3 stands for Dalian locomotive), and it is generally called "Harmony" 3B electric locomotive (vehicle number is HXD3B-xxxx). HXD3B electric locomotive adopts frame-type load-bearing car body, central corridor equipment arrangement, IGBT element water-cooled converter, single-shaft AC traction motor with maximum power 1600 kW, single-shaft control technology, wheel disc braking technology and microcomputer network control system, which improves the cold-proof performance of locomotive. Improve the regenerative braking power of locomotive and feed back more electric energy to catenary; Roof high-voltage equipment is moved to the car to improve the weather pollution ability of locomotives such as rain and fog. The total power of a single machine is 9600 kW, the maximum running speed is 120 km/h, and it can tow 5000-6000 tons freight trains.
In February 2007, the Ministry of Railways signed a purchase agreement with Dalian Locomotive and Bombardier to order 500 HXD3B electric locomotives with a total contract price of110.30 billion euros (1/0.30 billion RMB), which is the largest locomotive purchase order of the Ministry of Railways in China railway history. Among them, Bombardier's share is about 370 million euros, including signing a locomotive parts procurement contract and a drive device manufacturing technology transfer agreement. On February 29th, 2008, the first locomotive rolled off the assembly line in Dalian factory. In February, 2009, the heavy-load traction test of HXD3B locomotive was carried out in Harbin-Dalian Railway, and then the type test was completed in the circular test line of Railway Research Institute before it was officially put into operation. In April of the same year, the line operation assessment began, and it was put into mass production in September.
