Detailed explanation of installation steps of floor heating
Ground leveling
Ground leveling is the first condition for floor heating installation. Uneven ground will affect the insulation effect, and may even cut the floor heating pipe. Clear the uneven ground until it is 10mm, and clean the ground sundries, keeping a 90-degree right angle.
Distribution manifold installation
Install the water separator horizontally at the designated position, with the water separator on top and the water collector on the bottom, and the spacing is controlled at 200 mm
Laying insulation layer
Laying thermal insulation layer on the leveling layer, the joints between plates should be firmly bonded, the thermal insulation layer should be flat and wrinkle-free, and the reflective film should be tightly covered.
Coil laying
Laying the coiled material in strict accordance with the design requirements to ensure that the pipeline spacing is consistent with the design. In some areas (such as exterior walls, windows, floors, etc. ), the pipeline needs to be encrypted and fixed on the composite insulation board and reflective film with plastic clips.
Hydrostatic test
Check whether the heating pipe is damaged and whether the pipe spacing meets the design requirements. Inject clean water from the water injection and exhaust valve for water pressure test and adjust the test pressure. Qualified after voltage stabilization.
Concrete laying
Mark doorways, corridors, floor drains, etc. Prevent damage to the floor heating pipeline during later construction.
