1 waiting room
⑴ Service Desk: It is mainly responsible for reception, consultation, medical guidance, calling, medical record management and charging.
⑵ Layout: There are sofas, tea, flowers or bonsai; Books and periodicals, pictorial, abstracts for patients, and materials related to oral health education; Film and television equipment can broadcast oral health education knowledge, or scenery films, comedies and so on.
(3) There should be a bathroom around the waiting room, and a dresser should be set if possible for patients to wash their hands or make up.
2 consulting room
3.X-ray room Dental X-ray machine and oral surface tomography machine are essential inspection and diagnosis equipment in dental clinic. Foreign dental clinics generally set up dental tablets machines next to dental chairs, but the health and epidemic prevention institutions in China do not allow them. Therefore, the consulting room must establish a radiation room and a radiation room in accordance with the radiation protection requirements stipulated by the epidemic prevention department.
⑴ Photography room: The power of ordinary dental X-ray machine is very small, with a general current of 0.5~ 10mA and a focus of 0.3mm× 0.3mm ~ 0.8mm× 0.8mm. The wall is generally protected by lead skin with a thickness of 0.5mm, and the lead equivalent is greater than1.0mpb. When building, the lead skin is buried in the wall. Standard lead screens can also be used. The radiology room should be adjacent to the clinic to improve work efficiency.
If the movable lead board room is used, it can only accommodate 1 patient and X-ray machine, and the control part of the X-ray machine is placed at the lead glass outside the lead board room, which is convenient for operation. If there is no protective wall installed in the photo room, it can be operated in the control room with protective facilities.
⑵ Film processing room: conditional clinics are equipped with digital dental X-ray machines or digital curved X-ray machines. After the X-ray is taken by the patient, it is received by CCD induction, displayed on the computer or printed directly, and sent to the oral treatment table through the network system for doctors to use. There is no need to set up a film developing room.
Clinics should generally be equipped with automatic dental X-ray processors, which can be operated in bright rooms. If limited by economic conditions, a small darkroom can be set up for film development. The darkroom covers an area of 4~6_, and there are three pools for developing, fixing and washing. Due to the high indoor temperature and acidity, ventilation facilities should be installed to maintain air circulation.
There should be a bright room outside the darkroom, which can be used to prepare potions, dry films or arrange the taken X-rays.
4. Disinfection room
(1) Design standard of disinfection room: pollutants and sub-pollutants must be separated; Disposable articles should be disinfected initially after use, and then sent to special departments for recycling.
⑵ Disinfection equipment for mobile phones and instruments: it should include cleaning machine, maintenance oiler, sealing machine, high-temperature autoclave, etc.
⑶ Disinfection room environment: bright lighting, ventilation, dust removal, air disinfection and other devices should be installed. There is a pool and sewer in the room, and the sewer should be connected to the sewage treatment station.
5. Generally, the small clinics in the model room have different mechanic rooms, and the repaired parts can be sent to the mechanic processing center for production. But the model room is necessary, and the gypsum model is mainly poured. The room is best located on the first floor, with an area of about 6~8_. A pool should be set at the edge of the stone countertop. The sewer should be thick and straight, with a diameter of 150~200_, to prevent gypsum blockage. Before entering the underground drainage pipe, a gypsum precipitation site should be set up to precipitate gypsum. A closet should be set indoors to store gypsum. Plaster model trimmer, plaster model cutter and vibrator can be placed on the side table.
(2) standards for clinic decoration
The grade and style of dental clinic decoration should be decided according to the orientation of the clinic. The general requirement is to highlight the professional characteristics and cultural atmosphere of the consulting room and create a relaxed and comfortable treatment environment, which is conducive to the control of cross-infection in oral medical services.
(1) The consulting room is bright, and the ceiling lamp should be the ceiling lamp.
(2) Good ventilation, exhaust and air disinfection facilities. Don't use a fan. The filter screen of the air conditioner must be easy to clean.
(3) The floor material should be smooth, wear-resistant and non-slip, and the carpet is absolutely inappropriate.
(4) There should not be too many hanging objects on the wall. The coating should be made of corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean materials, and it is best to use cool colors, such as light blue or milky white, to give people a relaxed feeling.
