The Historical Evolution of Tazishan Park
The transformation will start from the aspects of park opening, supporting construction, rich vegetation, greenway construction, functional zoning and quality improvement, and strive to make Tazishan Park a high-quality forest park integrating leisure, sports, cultural experience and being close to nature.
The renovation of Tazishan Park will be divided into three steps. First of all, the fence of Tazishan Park will be demolished to achieve the overall opening effect of the park. At the same time, the existing old amusement facilities will be demolished to make room for lawns and large shrubs. Secondly, the greenway construction around the park. This part of the project is mainly to bring Tazishan Greenway into Shahe Greenway System. The project will mainly rely on the Shahe landscape to create a mountain forest effect, focusing on creating hydrophilic platforms and cycling trails, including the construction of a 450-meter-long Shahe cycling greenway from the north gate to the south gate of the park. Finally, all kinds of existing facilities in the park are upgraded in all directions, including the improvement of vegetation landscape and supporting facilities. After the park is completed, there will be many lawns for tourists to play, as well as outdoor tennis courts and basketball courts for tourists to use for free.
The transformation of the park will be carried out in two stages. The first phase of closed construction will be completed before the end of the National Day holiday, and the reconstructed Tazishan Park will be seen on 20 1 10, and the second phase will end on 20 1 10. However, in the first phase of the closed construction, Tazishan Park will be temporarily closed to the public.
