What porridge do you drink in hot weather?

Ingredients: 250g pumpkin, 45g mung bean, 40g rice, 25g red yeast, 30g fresh lily, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Practice: 1. Wash mung beans, Redmi and rice first, and then soak them in clear water for 30 minutes;
2. Peel off the pumpkin skin, dig out the pumpkin seeds and spoon inside, and then cut the pumpkin meat into small squares of about 1 cm;
3. Put the soaked mung beans, Redmi and rice into the pot, and pour an appropriate amount of water, the amount of which is about 5~6 times of the material. After the fire boils, turn to low heat for 30 minutes;
4. Cook until the rice swells and the mung beans and Redmi pop open, so you can put the pumpkin;
5. Put the pumpkin into the pot and stir;
6, then add rock sugar, then cover and continue to cook 15 minutes, because the pumpkin is cut very small and will be cooked soon;
7. Finally, put the fresh lily and rock sugar into the pot and stir. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Tip: Fresh lilies are easy to cook thoroughly. If dried lilies are used, put them into the pot together with pumpkin pieces.
