Can summer camp be canceled due to weather conditions?

Yes. According to the "Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China", Article 67 stipulates that if force majeure causes the travel itinerary and the summer camp to be unable to continue, both the travel agency or summer camp and the consumer can terminate the contract, and the travel agency or summer camp shall deduct the amount already paid. After paying the non-refundable fee to the local agency or fulfillment assistant, the balance will be returned to the consumer.
