Does wallpaper stick to the window have any effect on feng shui?

As far as residential feng shui of the family is concerned, this is irrelevant at all.

What matters is the external surrounding environment, the internal layout of the apartment and the furniture arrangement.

but don't stick it too thick on the top of the window, because the light is too bad!
