The steps of floor heating deflation are as follows:
1, put the gas into the water pipe.
First, we have to connect the water pipe to the bleeder valve of the water inlet pipe of the water separator. At the same time, it must be remembered that it is best to be taken care of when bleeding, because the bleeding hose may jump, so be sure to pay attention. Then gently open the valve with pliers and wrap the valve with a towel. This is because the water overflows from the valve during deflation, which can avoid the water flowing around.
2. Drain the return pipe gas in the water separator.
At this time, it is necessary to close the main valve of return pipe, that is, the long green or red handle, which will automatically close after turning 90 degrees. The deflation process of return pipe is the same as that of the water inlet pipe, just connect the return pipe to the deflation valve of the water separator.
Then everyone can put the single water pipes in each room one by one.
As we all know, the water separator is connected with a floor heating pipe, and each floor heating pipe is controlled by a water inlet valve and a water return valve. The specific operation is to close the main water return valve first, then close the water inlet and return valves of the floor heating pipes, and then open the water inlet and return valve of the first floor heating pipe from the head of the water separator, and release air from the air release valve in return pipe of the water separator until warm water is released.
4. What is successful deflation?
The most important thing is to put it in the ground heat pipe, without sewage and gas spraying, and it is enough to reach a basically stable state. After successful deflation, you can open all water valves, including the above-mentioned main return pipe and individual pipes, and then close the deflation valve.
