Huilongguan in Huilongguan Park

Changping Huilongguan

From Huangdudian in the east to Erpaizi in the northwest; To the south is Shangdi Village, Dongbeiwang Township, Haidian District. Named after the scenery.

This village was built in the Qing Dynasty. Fu Xuan Palace, built in the 17th year of Hongzhi in Ming Dynasty (1504), is the residence of the emperor and empress of Ming Dynasty, commonly known as Huilongguan, and there are still sites. Therefore, this village is famous for its scenery. It is now the seat of Huilongguan Town Government.

The Huilongguan residential area built nearby is the largest affordable housing area in Beijing, and the first phase of the project was completed in early 2000.

The first urban railway in Beijing passing through Huilongguan broke ground in199965438+February 1 1 and was completed and opened to traffic in 2004. Residential category: affordable housing and commercial housing construction category: multi-storey.

Before the construction of Huilongguan Community, the core area of this area was not Huilongguan Village, but the location of farm organs in the northern suburbs-that is, the open space in the north of Huilongguan Hotel. That is the original site of the northern suburb farm office (now Longguan Building). The original three-story office building has been demolished and a commercial residential building is going to be built here. The farm in the northern suburbs was originally called Sino-Vietnamese Friendship People's Commune, but it was renamed Sino-Japanese Friendship People's Commune after Sino-Vietnamese relations became tense. After the commune was abolished, the farm was changed, and Shahe was under the jurisdiction of the north, Xisanqi and Dongsanqi were under the jurisdiction of the south, and Huilongguan was under the jurisdiction of the west.

Huilongguan Community is located in the east of this core area. At that time, except for a few rows of blue brick bungalows, the farm organs were basically farmland, and there were Sanhe Village (now Yayuan), Zhouzhuang (now Qu Yun Garden), Beidian (now Longteng Garden) and Liangzhuang (now Matrix Community). The earliest residential area here is now the family courtyard of the northern suburb farm, and those rows of bungalows have a history of more than 30 years. After the farm office building was completed, it became the earliest building here. Although it was only a three-story red brick building, it was also the tallest building here at that time. This was more than twenty years ago. A few years later, the northern suburb farm began to build the first dormitory building, and high-rise residential buildings began to appear here. This 20-year-old building is the No.1 building of the Family Courtyard of the Farm. Later, buildings 2 to 6 were built one after another, and a large residential complex began to appear here.

After Beijing began to implement housing reform and real estate boom, the farm decided to relocate its subsidiary, the northern suburb chemical plant, and build residential buildings in the factory, which is now Longhua Garden Community. At the same time, a ten-mile long street will be built to connect Huilongguan and Huo Ying, so as to prepare for the future development of the eastern part of Huilongguan. Huilongguan East Street, the main road of Huilongguan Community, was built on the basis of Shilichang Street, and it is also one of the few old roads left here. Houhuayuan Real Estate bought the land from the west of the farm's relatives' courtyard to Badaling Expressway to build a residential area, which is now Huihuayuan.

After the Beijing Municipal Government implemented the construction of affordable housing, Tian Hong Group took a fancy to Huilongguan, a land of geomantic omen, and began to invest in the development and construction of Huilongguan cultural residential area. Since then, this place has become the largest construction site in Beijing. After several years of construction, the completion of the first, second and even sixth phases of the community has brought earth-shaking changes here. In the past, the farmland was full of tall buildings, and people from all directions gathered here to start a new life.

Looking at this place again, I am deeply touched that Huilongguan has changed from a village to a city! Huilongguan is located in the north of Beijing, about 16 km from Deshengmen in the south, about 18 km from Changping City in the north and Tiantongyuan in the east, which is located on the east side of Badaling Expressway and not far from Shahe.

Regarding the origin of Huilongguan, please follow my pen, cross the rolling dust of history and trace back to ancient and modern times.

More than 600 years ago in the early Ming Dynasty, Huilongguan area was still a pasture for grazing horses, and the nearby Xi 'erqi and Xi 'sanqi were villages formed by horses. In the middle of the Ming Dynasty, hongzhi emperor went to Tianshou Mountain to pay a visit to the imperial tomb, passed by this horse ranch and built the Fu Xuan Palace here. The emperor's obsession with Taoism caused great dissatisfaction among ministers of civil and military affairs. In order to build a temple in the palace, we should often listen to noisy ministers, so hongzhi emperor pondered to find another place. On the grounds that the mausoleum was stationed in the ancient city, he handed down the imperial edict and built a Taoist temple on the racecourse south of Shahe, named "Xuanfu Temple". Taoist Temple was founded in the 17th year of Hongzhi, completed in the 10th year of Zhengde, and finally renamed as "Fu Xuan Palace". This project lasted for twelve years.

According to historical records, Fu Xuan Palace has a large scale, including bell tower, drum tower, dragon hall, tiger hall, left and right halls, main hall, north and south abbots, etc. The main hall is dedicated to the God of Xuanwu, the Zhenwu Emperor. The whole building "Gong Lin Bei Yu, outstanding, perfect wheels, beautiful single stroke" has become a major landscape in the north of Kyoto. Obviously, Fu Xuan Palace was a royal Taoist temple in the middle and late Ming Dynasty, and it also had the function of a palace during Ming Di's visit to the mausoleum. After the completion, Ming Chengzu went to Tianshou Mountain to pay homage to the imperial tomb, and stayed here on his return trip. Perhaps for this reason, Fu Xuan Palace, also known as "Huilongguan", has been handed down.

Today, the emperor's palace has been ruined, but for the working class in Beijing, it has become one of the most ideal areas to buy a house. Line 8-Huilongguan East Street Station
