Is there a shantytown renovation project in Chakou Village, Huazang Temple Town, Tianzhu County?

In order to further improve the housing conditions of residents in old residential areas in our county, optimize the living environment, and intensify urban renewal, according to the spirit of the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on Declaring the Task of Public Rental Housing Security Plan for Urban shantytown Renovation in 2020 (Jian Ban Bao [2019] No.62), the following implementation plan is now formulated for shantytown renovation in our county in 2020.

The scope of the transformation. Priority should be given to the transformation of shanty towns in county towns, giving priority to communities and buildings with poor living conditions and great security risks. According to the transformation task of our county in 2020, after a thorough investigation, it is planned to transform 72 households in buildings 3#, 4# and 5# of the radio and television community, 42 households in the family building of the Economic and Trade Bureau and 0/5 households in the family building of the Health Bureau, involving 129 households.

Renovation content. By adding silicate insulation board to the external wall, upgrading the roof waterproofing, painting the stairwell wall, painting the handrails, replacing the thermal insulation window of the broken bridge in the stairwell, energy-saving lamps and replacing the door of the three-proof unit, the related functions have been improved and upgraded.
