A, QC results evaluation criteria:

1997, China quality management association formulated and promulgated the evaluation standard of QC group activities (for trial implementation), which was revised in early 2000 after three years of trial implementation. Evaluation criteria are divided into two ways: on-site evaluation and published evaluation.

(1) Grassroots enterprises review the results of QC group activities;

Grass-roots enterprises should conduct on-site evaluation on the results of QC group activities and publish the evaluation results. The time of on-site review is generally arranged about two months after the team has achieved results. The time interval is too short to see the maintenance and consolidation of the effect well; The interval is too long, which is not conducive to better mobilizing the enthusiasm of team members.

(2) Quality management associations at all levels review the results of QC group activities;

Quality management associations at all levels generally evaluate the results of QC group activities in combination with the selection of excellent QC groups at all levels. In order to reduce the burden on enterprises, quality management associations at all levels generally only review the results of QC group activities.

During the evaluation, the host quality association will hire people who understand the quality management theory, can guide the group activities and evaluate the results of the group as judges, and form a review group, with no less than 7 judges in general. Generally speaking, the evaluation should be carried out according to the following procedures: first, the organizer of the speech will summarize all the achievements of each group participating in the speech and submit them to each judge for review in advance. After the review, the judges shall put forward the review opinions according to the review principles and standards.
