2. No damping is installed or the damping structure is damaged. Check the shock absorption of the water pump and handle it.
3. Because the waterway doesn't need too much lift and the pump speed doesn't need to be too high, it depends on whether the pump is too large, and the noise and high-frequency sound will be solved after reducing the speed.
4. Whether there is liquid containing impurities and magnetic particles in the water will cause noise, so it is recommended to replace it with a new liquid.
Precautions for using water pump:
Remember, don't let the pump work if there is any minor fault. If the packing of the pump shaft is worn, it should be added in time. If the pump continues to be used, it will leak air, which will directly affect the increase of motor energy consumption and damage the impeller.
If the pump vibrates strongly during use, it must be stopped to check the cause, otherwise it will also cause damage to the pump.
