Where do you like in Guangzhou?
Guangzhou, also known as Yangcheng and Huacheng, is the capital, sub-provincial city, national central city and megacity of Guangdong Province. Guangzhou has a total area of 7434.4 square kilometers. Guangzhou is divided into "old seven districts" (the overall planning area at the same level), "old city" (the old district) and "new four districts". The old seven districts are: ① Yuexiu, ② Haizhu, ③ Liwan, ④ Tianhe, ⑤ Baiyun, ⑤ Huangpu and ⑦ Nansha. The third area is: ① Yuexiu, ② Liwan and ③ Haizhu; The new four districts are: ① Panyu District, ② Huadu District, ③ Conghua District and ④ Zengcheng District.
Personally, I like Haizhu District best, after all, it is the location of Guangzhou CBD business center! There is everything to eat, drink and be merry here, and I can see the waist I want to see most. Why not ... What do you think?
Maybe it's because I live in the north, maybe it's winter, and I will miss Guangzhou very much.
I used to go to Guangzhou when I was doing business. Over time, Guangzhou has become a southern city that everyone likes.
Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and China are four first-tier cities. Maybe Guangzhou is not so sturm und drang, but this city has its own slowness and flavor.
Sometimes I stay in Beijing for a long time, and I can't feel that kind of slow happiness. It belongs to Guangzhou's unique slow and unique human fireworks.
Here are seven reasons why I like Guangzhou when chatting with my friends.
1. The streets in Guangzhou are more suitable for walking.
Unlike the roads in Beijing, it is more suitable for traffic jams (_)
In Guangzhou, there are snack bars and fruit stalls everywhere.
Your stomach can always find comfort when you come out late at night.
Respectable migrant workers and more ordinary people can sleep peacefully in the streets of Guangzhou.
4. Old people or children can bask in the sun leisurely. People have more places for leisure and entertainment.
5. First-tier cities have the lowest housing prices.
But in the arcades, alleys and villages of the city, people can live comfortably and warmly.
6. Everything is green. China's first-class greening.
7. Beautiful and humanistic Sun Yat-sen University, Jinan University, Guangdong Art Museum …
Panyu, please point your thumb.
Tianhe district, with developed business and crowded people, feels very expensive. Nowadays, shopping malls are becoming more and more common, but few people patronize them. The most common thing is to change trains to Sports West.
In Huangpu District, the environment is beautiful, the roads are spacious and there are many employment opportunities. However, rail transit is inconvenient, and many office workers from downtown to Huangpu District will feel that taking the bus is a painful thing.
If you are in Yuexiu District, you will occasionally take the train to Guangzhou Railway Station or visit Yuexiu Park. Otherwise, because of the high housing prices, there will be less intersection between Yuexiu District and New Guangzhou people.
Panyu District accommodates a large number of new Guangzhou people. The house price is the first choice just needed a few years ago, and the transportation to all parts of Guangzhou is also convenient. Line 3 is a famous death line in China, but the planning is not very good, there is little greening, and the appearance of the city is average.
Haizhu, Liwan, Baiyun and Yuexiu District are the same concept, and they may only go once by accident, otherwise they will not go once every three years.
Nansha is a special existence, although it is far away, but in recent years, due to various honors such as Free Trade Zone, Guangzhou Port Sub-center and Greater Bay Area Center, all people related to the house, whether just in need or investors, may have been to Nansha.
Huadu and Conghua are the same concept. They are all in remote and hard places. They basically don't take the initiative to mention it, and no one will associate them with Guangzhou.
Let me talk about myself, because I used to work in Nansha and Huangpu and lived in Panyu and Huangpu, so I like all three districts. Because I live and work in Huangpu now, I like Huangpu District best.
Guangzhou, a very good place.
I have worked in Nanjing for 26 years, and the winter in Nanjing is still relatively cold. I will go to a warm place during the winter vacation. Guangzhou is very comfortable and the city is beautiful.
Shenzhen is also good. Compared with Shenzhen, Guangzhou is not only tall, but also has a more grounded old city with a strong smell of fireworks.
202 1 winter vacation, we spent the New Year in Guangzhou. Because my son works in Shenzhen, we spent the New Year in Shenzhen last year. This year, our children came to Guangzhou for the Spring Festival to experience the taste of Guangzhou and the enthusiasm of Guangzhou people.
I like these places very much. I walk in the streets of Guangzhou. Every alley is very lively. When I walked in, this humble alley was very lively. A variety of life shops, convenient life, increase income, a good city.
Shenzhen is also more comfortable in winter. Shennan Avenue, like a garden, is not as smoky as Guangzhou. And Guangzhou's housing prices are more close to the people than Shenzhen's.
As a first-tier city, Guangzhou has many employment opportunities. Whether it is high-tech network, general processing and production, catering service industry, there are many employment opportunities at all levels.
I feel that Guangzhou people are low-key and tolerant.
Needless to say, urban construction, medical care, education and scientific research, among the four first-tier cities, Guangzhou's housing prices are more attractive.
After retirement, I'm going to Guangzhou to provide for the aged [yi tooth] [yi tooth] [rose] [rose].
I like Huangpu and Nansha. Huangpu is the absolute center of Guangzhou in the future. Nansha, the most livable area in Guangzhou.
I lived in Liwan, stayed in Haizhu and bought a house in Panyu. I came here alone four years ago. I have no friends, no relatives or even people I know. I only heard that there are villagers in Liwan District, but I haven't seen many of them here.
First stop: Longxi, Liwan, the rent is super cheap, just across the river from Foshan, and we will often go to Bahai Road to play. The overall consumption of Liwan is good, suitable for people who have just arrived in Guangzhou. It's not bad to work in Fangcun.
Second stop: Luntou, Haizhu. I came to work in Pazhou because of my job transfer. It was a bit of a toss from Longxi to Pazhou, so I rented a house in Luntou. In fact, Luntou is not better than Longxi, but it is close to work. But every morning at 46 1 it's really super crowded, and it can't be squeezed at all.
The third stop: I entered the central enterprise, went to work in Huangpu, and the house was handed over. Asian Games Town, um ... It's a little bit here, so I can't say I like it, but this is my home in Guangzhou. ...
So I can't say where I like best, I can only say that every place has memories. ...
As a veteran who has been drifting for nine years, I deeply love this city.
1, irresistible food temptation
I still remember the feeling of eating Guangzhou food for the first time when I was a freshman. There is no taste at all, so I have been resistant to Cantonese food for the next few years, but I just don't like it very much. This state lasted until the first year of work, when the boss took us out for dinner. From then on, a whole new world was opened up, including boiled chicken, crispy barbecued pork, enema roasted goose, pineapple bag, clay pot rice, shrimp dumplings, brine chicken, boat porridge and countless snacks. As time goes on, I like Cantonese food more and more. Now I basically eat rice rolls for breakfast every day and go to a tea restaurant once a week on average. Besides Cantonese cuisine, there are also delicious foods from all over the world, but for Guangzhou people who are particularly picky about food, they would rather wait in line for three or four hours in a good restaurant than eat in a poor restaurant, so it is really good to stay in a restaurant in Guangzhou. My favorites are Xiaolongkan Hot Pot, Fish Exploration, the duke of mount deer, 1920 Western Restaurant and so on.
2. Easy to travel and travel.
There are perfect BRT and subway here. Except Zengcheng, Conghua and Huadu, BRT and subway in other districts can basically be reached, especially the subway, which is fast, punctual and comfortable. If you play, you can play in Guangzhou; Chimelong Happy World, Wildlife Park, Water Park, Pearl River Night Tour, if possible, you can choose to climb the waist at night to see Guangzhou Night, flower city square, Haixinsha, Shamian, Yuexiu Park, Zhuhai Park, Vanilla World, Million Sunflower Garden, Dafu Mountain Park, Baomo Garden and Baiyun Mountain. You can also go rafting in Qingyuan in summer, and you can go to Shenzhen, Huizhou and Yangjiang to see the sea, but I recommend you to go to Shili Silver Beach in Yangjiang, where the sand is fine, there are not many people, the waves are big, the water is clear, and the seafood nearby is super delicious.
3. Like Cantonese
When I first came here, I liked Guangzhou people to talk, especially college girls. It's really tender to the bone, soft and nice. However, for them, it is better for Hong Kong people to speak Cantonese. Personally, I prefer Guangzhou people to speak Cantonese, because Cantonese in Hong Kong will give people a feeling of dizziness, which is far less natural than Guangzhou people. Speaking of which, I suddenly thought of an embarrassing thing I experienced. When I was a sophomore, I went to my classmate's house for dinner. At the dinner table, his parents spoke Cantonese and asked me if I understood it. I see. You said "pig head" and smiled. It turns out that they said "pork belly"
4. Guangzhou people who are diligent, pragmatic and enjoy themselves.
I like the lifestyle of Guangzhou people. They are diligent and pragmatic, which can be said to be pragmatic in their bones. In Guangzhou, I really can't see who is rich and who is very low-key. Everyone is enjoying his own life and never gossips about other people's affairs. Guangzhou people are never exclusive and tolerant. They get together with Guangzhou people and can't speak Cantonese. They will take care of you and speak Mandarin. However, some elderly people really can't change, but this is mainly because Mandarin is not good.
5. Unlimited possibilities
In Guangzhou, there are many opportunities, really many. As long as you are capable and diligent enough, you will surely break into a world.
Since 2003, I have been penniless and in debt to start a business in Guangzhou, and I have been staying in Laodongshan District, now called Yuexiu District, so I especially like the humanistic atmosphere of Laodongshan.
Guangzhou is different from other cities. There are many specialized markets, which are very detailed. You can find all kinds of strange products in the professional market in Guangzhou. Our old Dongshan District has a variety of detailed professional markets, such as Haiyin Electric Plaza, Hai Yin Cloth Market, Hai Yin Sports City, and various shopping centers: China Plaza, Dongshan Department Store, Baiguang, Wangfujing, Wang Di Plaza and Trend Front. There are all kinds of delicious snacks. Just walk into the door of a shop, it's affordable and delicious. Beautiful scenery, relying on Dongshan Lake, Provincial Party Committee, Ersha Island and Pearl River, enjoy the changing and prosperous beauty of lights on both sides of Guangzhou Pearl River at night.
At that time, there were long queues to buy goods in these professional markets. Now, the business of these professional markets is bleak, and all the stall owners are sighing all day, and the business is bleak. It is said that Yuexiu is the region with the worst tax revenue. Personally, I am also the watcher of entity management, from the initial three pavements, a warehouse and an office to the present one. The society changed so fast that it changed dynasties unconsciously, but no matter how it changed, the old Dongshan District was still beautiful.
Shoot the night view of the office and the corner of Dongshan Lake Park opposite.
