Egg quality is an extremely important index in the production of laying hens, which directly affects the nutritional composition and market value of commercial eggs, and also has a certain impact on the storage time, hatching rate and breakage rate of eggs. In this experiment, the eggs laid by inverted chicken and green shell laying hens with the same day age and feeding conditions were used as research materials, and the egg quality and conventional nutritional components of the two laying hens were compared and analyzed, which has important reference function for improving egg quality and increasing added value of products, and also provides reference for the protection, breeding, development and utilization of inverted chicken breeds in Guizhou.
