This city is Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province. Panzhihua is the only city named after flowers in China. Located at the junction of Sichuan and Yunnan in the southwest of China, it borders Lili, Dechang and Yanyuan counties in the northeast. Due to its rich mineral resources, Sichuan Province has the highest per capita income. Panzhihua has low cost of living, low house price, slow pace of life, pleasant climate, serious light pollution, developed public transportation system and good urban greening.
