Location and realm

Xianning City is located in the southeast of Hubei Province, on the south bank of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, at the junction of Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi provinces. It borders Yangxin to the east, Chongyang to the south, Puqi to the west, Wuchang to the north, Tongshan to the southeast, and Jiayu to the northwest, with a total area of ​​9,861 square kilometers.

Topography
