Under pressure, many private business owners have adopted flexible employment methods for their own businesses, whereby they hire people as soon as there are orders and lay off workers as soon as they are processed. This also makes it difficult for some migrant workers to adapt. After all, there is no stable and guaranteed job, and there is no guarantee of stable income. As the Chinese New Year approaches, the epidemic situation in some foreign countries has also shown some new and not good signs, and the corresponding processing orders to our country may be further reduced, thus giving migrant workers a narrower room for maneuver. Some migrant workers themselves feel that instead of working on and off and unable to save much net income, it would be better to go home early and find some odd jobs in the local area. Even if you can't find a suitable part-time job after returning home, you can still save some money than working outside.
On the other hand, every migrant worker who has chosen to go out to work has experienced first-hand the frenzy of scrambling for tickets and catching the train when returning home during the Spring Festival in previous years. Making early decisions is also a kind of self-consideration based on reality. At the same time, some migrant workers are ignorant of the true situation of the epidemic in China and have doubts. They are worried that if they consider returning home before the Spring Festival, they will not be able to fulfill their wishes. Therefore, I made up my mind in advance to return home and reunite with my family. But even in this case, migrant workers still feel that they are suffering.
