Why can't a watch show the weather?
1. Please make sure that the phone and watch are connected normally (if disconnected, please open the health APP and click Reconnect);
2. Please ensure that the health APP and GPS permissions are always allowed (operation path: long press health app > application information > application permissions > location information > always allowed);
3. If the health APP has not been opened in the background for a long time, please open the health APP and try again;
4. Steps 1 and 2 are correct, and the weather cannot be displayed. Please open the health APP and switch the Bluetooth reconnection device;
5. If it's a mobile phone with Colo S7.1or above, please make sure that the weather APP can display the weather details and try again (please reinstall it if the weather APP is uninstalled);
6. If the above operation fails to solve the problem, it is recommended that the watch be returned to the factory, the health APP be uninstalled, reloaded and paired again.
