The academic performance of those students with particularly good physique is generally not too high. These talents are the foundation of football development. The high school football league can give these people an opportunity. Universities or other football schools can choose them to participate in the college football league, thus increasing the number of people who play football and like football and developing towards youth. High school leagues and university leagues bear the heavy responsibility of delivering fresh blood to professional leagues, and help to improve the overall physical quality of the people, and should be implemented as soon as possible. Money is not a big problem. Every year, the state's financial expenditure is related to sports, and the finance of the General Administration of Sports and the local sports bureau is definitely enough to support the school-level league.
2. To strengthen the management of the third-level professional leagues, we can introduce the NBA team salary cap regulations, restrict the age and salary of professional leagues, especially the professional players in the Super League, and restrict the registration qualification of players under the age of 18 in the first team of the Super League club. After all, there is too little psychological endurance and social experience at this age, and premature exposure to the news media will affect their growth.
