What delicious food do you miss in your hometown?
1. Noodles fish.
Tianshui noodle fish, also called "Fish Leak", is a famous local local snacks. It carries too many memories of the past, and also reflects people's yearning for nature and love for life. The method is simple. Pour the corn batter into the boiling water pot and stir with a spoon. The amount of water must ensure the consistency of the batter. Prepare a pot of clear water (hot water), pour the corn batter on the perforated rice cooker grate, hold it down with a spoon, let the batter leak into the clear water along the hole, and remove the leaked noodle fish with chopsticks without sticking.
2. Tianshui chowder
Tianshui chowder is a famous Tianshui-style snack in Gansu, which is called "Tianshui chowder". I wonder how many people have childhood memories. Tianshui chowder is actually a Chinese hamburger, and this cake is still an egg cake. Spread minced meat evenly on the egg cake, steam it in a pot, then put meatballs on the cut egg cake, compact it, cut each layer of meat into strips, then add broth, sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander to taste. The meat and vegetables are delicious and smooth, and a delicious local specialty snack is finished.
3. Tianshui quack
Gu 'agua in Tianshui is a special snack in Tianshui, Gansu. It is made of buckwheat, similar to bean jelly, but different in shape. It is a translucent block. It is authentic when it is made. It tastes soft. After adding sesame sauce, Chili oil, garlic paste, vinegar and other seasonings, the texture is basically the same as that of Sichuan bean jelly, spicy and refreshing. Bian Xiao, this is my first time to eat Tianshui specialty. Delicious and fun. I suggest you.
4. Tianshui rice
It is estimated that Tianshui people have eaten! Rice is made of miscellaneous grains such as corn and is a unique snack in Tianshui. Not anywhere else. It's really like corn porridge. Specifically, it is as follows: first, boil water, then prepare half a bowl of cold water and a little corn or other miscellaneous grains, stir them into clear water without cornmeal bumps and precipitates in the bowl, then pour them into boiling water in the pot, stir them while cooking, and stir them until they are thick.
