Teaching interview process:
1. Candidates enter the waiting room with the paper interview admission ticket (the mobile phone photo is invalid) and ID card to sign in and draw lots in groups. If you are late for 15 minutes, you may not participate in the interview, and you will be treated as "absent from the exam".
2. Candidates enter the examination room in the order of drawing lots, log in to the interview evaluation software system under the guidance of the teacher, extract the test questions (kindergarten candidates choose one from two multiple-choice questions), print the interview test list, and get the lesson preparation (activity design) test paper.
3. Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with the test list and lesson preparation paper, and write a 20-minute lesson plan (or activity demonstration plan). Teaching plans are not included in the interview results.
4. Enter the examination room, structured for 5 minutes (the interviewer randomly selects two specified questions from the test question bank through the interview evaluation system, informs the candidates of the questions and asks them to start answering) → the candidates try to give lectures (demonstration), with a time limit of 10 minutes → reply (the interviewer asks two questions and asks the candidates to answer according to the candidates' trial lectures (demonstration), with a time limit of 5 minutes → the candidates teach lesson plans (activity demonstration)
Grading criteria for grants:
Professional cognition-5 points: have a strong desire to teach, have a high degree of recognition of the teaching profession, have a clear understanding of the basic contents and responsibilities of teachers' work 2 points+care for students, respect students, treat students equally, and pay attention to the growth of each student 3 points;
Psychological quality-5 points: lively, cheerful and confident 3 points+strong emotional adjustment 2 points;
Gfd-5 points: neatly dressed, decent appearance, in line with the professional characteristics of teachers; 2 points+stable and dignified behavior, natural teaching style and proper body expression; 3 points;
Verbal expression-15 points: clear language, accurate expression, appropriate speech speed of 8 points+good listening and communication with affinity of 7 points;
Thinking quality-15: 3 points for being thoughtful and organized+4 points for grasping the core elements quickly, accurately understanding and analyzing problems+4 points for innovating ideas and methods to solve problems+4 points for thinking flexibly;
Instructional design-10: Understand the objectives and requirements of the course, accurately grasp the teaching content 4 points+be able to determine specific teaching objectives and teaching difficulties according to the characteristics of the subject 3 points+demonstrate students' subjectivity in instructional design 3 points;
